This site is dedicated to the memory of Pearse Kearney who suddenly passed away on 30th December
2007, aged 41 years. He lived in Cinderford at the Forest of Dean,with myself and my son James, but
his homeland was Lurgan, in County Armagh, Northern Ireland. Pearse was the loving son of Dermot
and Angela Kearney, brother to Patreea, Greg and Dermot. Precious dad to Michael,Shannon, Rory and
Joseph. Pearse was my fiance, my soul mate, the love of my life.
Everyone that knows Pearse loved and adored him. He was the kindest, sweetest, most caring man you
could ever wish to meet. He absolutely adored his family - especially his children Michael,
Shannon, Rory and Joseph. A true irishman through and through, Pearse's heart lay in Ireland, in
the country he was born and raised and where he had so many dear friends.
Pearse loved his music; Elvis Presley was his idol and he would sing along to his songs at every
given opportunity. He loved to sing and dance, and was very good too. Irish music was also a great
passion of Pearse's - and on St Patrick's Day from dawn till dusk he would play his favourite tunes
and sing his heart out. And if there was a karaoke machine anywhere in site, Pearse would be the
first to be up and singing - putting a smile on everyone's face and getting them to join in with
him.
Pearse's other passion was Celtic FC - nothing made him happier than to watch the hoops play; and he
was ecstatic when they beat Rangers!!!!!
But most importantly, he was my fiance and my rock. We were soul mates and best friends. He walked
into my life with a smile as wide as the ocean, and a twinkle in his eye. We laughed, we loved, and
spent every waking minute thinking of each other. He was always there for me, as I was for him. We
knew what each other was thinking and supported each other through thick and thin. Very rarely does
a love come along that is so strong - we had so many plans for the future, that were cruelly taken
away from us.
But now Pearse is at peace in his beloved home town and living with the angels above. He would want
everyone to remember him fondly, smile as they think of him and hang on to all the wonderful
memories of the times he spent with them.
He was always telling me that he loved to make people smile and happy. Well he lived by that right
to the very end - and those he left behind are amazed at the amount of lives he touched.
Rest in peace my love - you have no more pain or suffering and are in a beautiful place now. You
live in our hearts, you walk beside us every day and are in our every waking thought. God bless you
and keep you safe until we are reunited forever and ever xxxxxxx

Today is the day for love - millions of people will be sending cards, buying gifts and showing their love to that someone special in their lives.
I dont need cards or gifts; I have the most precious thing any girl could want - the love you gave to me which was genuine and real. God took you from me; I still know not why, but I realise that we are still united in love and always will be forever and ever.
We had something so special, so real and so unique that most people never find that in their lifetime. So the day I found you was better than a million Valentine's cards, because your love was true.
God bless you darling; for showing me just how wonderful life can be and giving me your true love.

My darling Pearse
A year today you had to leave, but I know you would have stayed if you could. God saw the pain you were going through and took you into his loving care.
He has a purpose for you; I dont know what it is, but I know that you will have made heaven an even better place with your presence. So many of us are grieving today - for the loss of your love that we held so dear.
You touched so many people's lives Pearse - more than you ever knew. The memories we all have are endless; every day someone will remind me of times that you made them smile and laugh, took time to talk and generally make this world a much better place with your kindness and warmth.
Your loss is immense - but your legacy will live on. You will never be forgotten - how could anyone forget such a wonderful man.
Thank you for blessing me with your love and allowing me to be a part of your life.

Well it's 4.30 am and I cant sleep for thinking of you. I just wanted to call by and let you know that you are missed so very much, your love and specialness touched so many hearts that it has been so difficult for people to come to terms with your passing.
Everyday at least one person will tell me a story they remember of being with you, or a joke that you shared with us, or a song that you sung. Your legacy will live on forever darling - and it makes me so proud to have had you in my life, even though it was far too brief. We had so many plans, so much to look forward to - but God has plans for you which are far more important. You are a special angel now; God certainly did take the best when he took you.
